Take a break from the rush of daily life and come spend a nourishing, artful day on the shores of Lake Simcoe. Set in the serene surroundings of nature, this workshop combines meditative stitching and intuitive, neurodivergent-informed drawing to support mindfulness, healing, and creative exploration.
