About Us

Hulton Workplace Resolutions offers a broad range of third-party workplace services including mediation, one-on-one and group facilitation, workplace investigations, culture assessments, and workplace restoration. Joy Hulton is a qualified mediator, arbitrator, and investigator who brings over 30 years' of legal and leadership experience to her practice.

HWR partners with the On Conflict Leadership Institute to offer customized conflict resolution coaching and training. We can also help your organization develop a conflict competent culture, supporting healthy culture change and respectful, inclusive workplace environments. We have extensive experience developing and implementing respectful workplace policies and practices.
