I learned to make sourdough bread during CoVid. I developed a deep passion for making sourdough during this time because of the time, effort, and care that goes into every loaf. I love the process of creating a sourdough starter from scratch and nurturing it to develop its unique flavor profile. The art of working with the natural fermentation of the sourdough culture to create a tangy and flavorful bread is both challenging and rewarding. I enjoy creating delicious, artisanal loaves to share with others. Susie's Sourdough is located in Keswick Ont. I bake sourdough and other products in my health certified kitchen. Each order is custom made so I take pre-orders only.
